英文摘要： with the growing up of several theme parks, such as disney's in u.s.a, theme parks grow rapidly in china in the 1980s-1990s. but little benefit is attained because of copying one another and being manufactured in a rough way. without distinct and attractive themes, it is hard to break the declining tendency to get victory and be outstanding in the drastic international competition. in order to build up a theme park, the economic strength of the city and the size of floating population should be taken into account in the first place. the high speed development of tianjin in the latest 10 years or so and the country's reorientation of tianjin(three centers) enable tianjin to make great improvement in all aspects of its urban construction. on this basis, to build up a theme park is another contribution to tianjin's economic development. considering tianjin adjoining beijing and being powerful in economy strength, having no obvious tour theme visualize, building a great theme park is a better choice. through an active form of full participation, being personally on the scene, tourists can experience the heroic feats of the martyrs and the life of celebrities. and this can cultivate the patriotism.
